When you call Bayleaf Builders, you will usually get Todd on his cell phone. There is voice mail and there is an answering machine and fax at the office, but usually Todd actually answers the phone. Except in rare circumstances, we return every phone call.within 24 hours.

In twenty years of remodeling and literally hundreds of projects we still have not had two jobs that were alike. The houses are different, the people are different and the needs are different. We try to taylor each job to the unique needs and desires of that customer. Some people want to do parts of the work themselves and that’s OK. (It’s your house, of course that’s OK). Some people want us to be careful not to let the dog out and that's OK too. Some folks want the top of the line from Andersen windows, to granite countertops, while others need quality functional improvements at a more modest price. Hey, its your house.
